This package includes use of our 1500 sq ft photo studio, grip package, kitchen, client table, and full backdrop and muslin collection.

All props and surfaces are rented out individually.

Surfaces are $60 each - props are 30% retail value.

Rate - $125/hour

Studio hours are 8 am - 8 pm.

50% rental fee to secure booking

5 person maximum in the studio. Each additional person is $50/hour.

Still photography only; no video.

24 to 48 hours prior to confirmed rental date: 50% refunded of total rental fee.
Less than 24 hours: no refund.

Prior shoot day load in/grocery drop off for an additional fee of $75 / maximum of 1 hour.
$250 for pre-light and prop set ups/ maximum 2 hours.

Client agrees to leave premises and contents of the studio in the same condition they were upon arrival and is responsible for any damages to property, props and/or surfaces.
